About K-2 Sports
Our Story
At K-2 Sports, we started with a simple idea: Create opportunities for K-2 athletes get started in a variety of sports.
Our Team
As a family of sports enthusiasts, we decided it was time to share our passion with other sports families and their younger athletes.
-Fred / Dad: Retired Police Chief, 30 plus years coaching sports from youth through high school. Local league and tournament director. Bachelors - Sociology, University of Utah, Masters - Coaching and Athletic
Administration
Paula / Mom - Retired Colonel USAF, Semi retired sports mom. Mom to three, 4 year Varsity athletes. 1 Volleyball, 2 Basketball. 2 went on to play college basketball at Park University. Bachelors, University of Utah, Masters
Abby - HS Volleyball player, 4 Year letter earner. Student SLCC, University of Utah AF ROTC
Jack - HS Basketball player, 4 year letter earner. Played 2023 - 2024 season at Park University. Transferring to University of Utah to study business.
Anna - HS Basketball player, 4 year letter earner. Played 2023-2024 season at Park University, starting 1/2 the season as a Freshman. Will play the 2024-25 season at Bismarck College.

Our Coaches
Our team of experienced coaches and will help train all new coaches in order to improve your players skills and help your athlete reach their full potential.
